ITINERARY
Sunday
  • 9.30 - 16.30 Registration at Club office inside the Main Building Entrance
  • 13.00- 14.00  Measurements - sails and spars.  - on the grass area in front of the club house near car park 
  • 18.00 Welcome on the Club balcony 
Monday
  • Barbeque   (£14 each buy tickets from the Rutland Sailing Club website )
Tuesday
  • Social on the Club balcony - bring your own food and drinks (Bar and restaurant will be closed)
Wednesday
  •  CHAMPIONSHIP DINNER clubhouse lounge/bar
  • Poppadom’s with dips 
    Meat or veggie curry with rice and onion bhajis
    Chocolate fudge cake with cream, or trio of ice cream and sauce
Thursday
  • Championship Prize Giving (if all races raced)

Saturday 09.00 - 22.00; last food orders 17.00
Sunday 09.00 - 17.00; last food orders 16.00
Wednesday evening - Championship Dinner 19.00 - 22.30 
Thursday - 09.00 - 22.00; last orders for food 21.00
Friday - 09.00 - 22.00; last orders for food 21.00

The Javelin Campsite
An established and well maintained grass field, set opposite Rutland Sailing Club, just  10 meters from the gate entrance.  The campsite's basic facilities include; mains water supply, rubbish disposal point and a chemical toilet emptying point.

  • Tents, Campervans and Caravans 
  • The Sailing Club changing rooms, showers and toilets are open  24 hours via door security code   provided to you when you arrive or ask Matthew
  • Generators can   be used between 10am - 1pm
  • Portable    Power Stations and solar panels are  permitted
  • There are no electric hook up points
  • No campfires or open fires allowed
  • No boat or boat trailers permitted on the site at weekends. 
  • Noise to be kept to a minimum after 10pm. ​
