Inland Championship 3rd Helm
Inland Championships trophies, 1st and 2nd Helm and Crew
The Javelin Inland Championships (“the Inlands”) are supported by a dedicated set of Inland trophies. The Yearbooks evidence that the awards are split between Helm and Crew, with separate trophies for 1st and 2nd places.
The 1993 Yearbook trophy register defines the Inland trophies as those for the Inland Championships and records the current holders of both the 1st and 2nd Helm and Crew awards. It also notes that no photograph was held at that time for the Inland trophies.
Subsequent Yearbooks list the winners in annual trophy award summaries, confirming that the Inlands recognise 1st Helm and 1st Crew, and 2nd Helm and 2nd Crew, as distinct awards.
