Javelin Open Shield

The Javelin Open Shield is recorded in the Yearbooks in two related ways: an earlier association with the Lowestoft Open and (from the early 1990s) a clear definition as the crew award linked to the East Coast Trophy (the East Coast helm trophy). The Yearbooks also show several seasons where it was not presented , and some seasons where the winner is explicitly named.
