The Senior Bowl is a special age-related award at the Javelin National Championships, presented to the best-placed helm aged over 50. Where no helm over 50 competes, the award may be given to the nearest under 50 (as stated in the trophy definition). The Yearbooks consistently define the award, with named winners recorded for some years and gaps in others.
